1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds are only eligible for items purchased directly from the Stay Girlie website or authorized retailers.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:

  • Opened or used lip glosses

3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the return or refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if the return is approved.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or an error was made by Stay Girlie in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue quickly.

7. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like to receive.
